About

Pexelat is an independent digital publisher. We build and operate reference websites
for people making a specific, constrained decision — usually about money, paperwork or travel — and
we try to answer the question they actually came with.

What we publish

The network covers six subject areas: insurance, consumer finance, automotive, small business,
mobile technology and travel logistics. Five of our properties publish in Arabic for readers in
Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf; one publishes in English for international travellers.

What these subjects have in common is that the reader is rarely browsing. They have a policy about
to lapse, a form that will not submit, a salary that has to stretch, or a flight to catch. Content
that performs well for us is content that removes a blocker.

How the network is built

We are not a content farm running on off-the-shelf plugins. The entire network runs on a
publishing platform we wrote ourselves — a single theme, shared across every property, with its own
update channel so an improvement made once reaches all six sites.

That control is deliberate. It lets us hold page performance, accessibility and structured data to
one standard instead of six, and it means we can fix a problem across the whole network in an
afternoon rather than a quarter.

How we make money

Our sites are supported by display advertising. We do not sell sponsored placements disguised as
editorial, we do not publish paid reviews, and advertising has no influence over what we cover or
what we conclude. Where a page discusses a commercial product, that is because readers are searching
for it, not because someone paid for the mention.

Corrections

The subjects we cover change — fees are revised, platforms are redesigned, rules are amended. If
you find something on any of our sites that is out of date or wrong, tell us at
contact@pexelat.com and we will correct it. We would rather
be corrected than be confidently wrong.
